	Find your home site. All sites are evaluated prior to bid completion to ensure that all costs are incorporated in the beginning estimate.
	Design your home. We can work with you on an existing design, or, if you don't have a design picked out yet, we have hundreds of plans to help in your search. And we allow modifications to fit your specific needs and lifestyle!
	Select options and finishes. We work with you to develop a list of specifications and selections on your bid that detail every aspect of your new home.
	Construction. After finalizing the building design, specifications, and nailing down the cost, we will formalize the contract and the construction process will begin. Landmark Homes will take care of the building permits and any paperwork needed for financing. We work with some of the best suppliers and subcontractors in the area and personally oversee the entire process.
	Inspection. We provide daily supervision during the construction of your home. You can also be assured that we will conduct in-depth inspections at critical points of the construction process including foundation, framing, close-in after plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and final walk-through. Feel free to call for a meeting with your job supervisor at the home site to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
	Move-in to your new home! Prior to move-in we will walk through your home with you to make sure everything is as you expected. Our goal is to build you a home that will be exactly (if not better than) you had imagined!
